Welcome to Equestrian Performance.
Professional sports demand a complex team of coaches and scientists in order to achieve maximal potential and equestrian sport is no different. The founder of Equestrian performance, Kylie is highly qualified and experienced in treating and rehabilitating horses and she works with professionals who have attained similar rigorous qualifications. Kylie is IAAT accredited while her husband, strength coach and consultant Craig is NSCA accredited and as such they are required to maintain CPD to sustain an up to date knowledge base that enables them to work at the highest standard. They both have extensive practical experience alongside their qualifications but more importantly, they love what they do enabling them to achieve maximal results.
Equestrian Performance allows comprehensive integration of all aspects of horse and rider performance. By assessing the horse holistically Kylie aims to find the cause of discomfort rather than treating symptoms.
The rider is an integral part of equine sports medicine due to the implication of riding on the horse's anatomy and biomechanics. Therefore by assessing the rider, and implementing strength programmes, Equestrian Performance aims to prevent asymmetries and improve all round performance. Kylie is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 practitioner and as such offers thorough Rider assessment and treatment to competitive riders
