Kim Reiche

NZ Barbarians Polocrosse Manager

We had the pleasure of meeting Kylie while touring Zimbabwe with the New Zealand Men's Barbarians Polocrosse team. Kylie looked after our pool of horses ensuring the were fit and ready for each test. We were blown away by her professionalism and understanding of performance horses.

We have had fantastic results using Kylie as our Equine Physiotherapist and with her help have managed to rehabilitate horses that were not performing (due to injuries), back to winning ways. Kylie is always prepared to put in extra work on her cases and will often research alternative means of treatment to solve issues. I have found Kylie to be very knowledgeable and very thorough in treating our horses.  We have put in place a number of new routines with our horses on advice from Kylie including stretching; massaging and pole work and feel that all these have led to marginal gains which we believe have led to better performance from our horses

“Kylie has a keen eye when assessing horse and rider. She really understands the symbiosis that comes from mutually performing at an optimum level, which is essential for maintaining good equine performance, and also preventing injury. She integrates with other allied professions to gain the best possible outcomes for her clients."

"Kylie was a very keen and intelligent undergraduate student with a keen interest in applying science to equestrian performance.

Kylie has always had the ability to look at the bigger picture and consider the roles of nutrition, training, veterinary intervention and complementary therapy for the performance horse.

I believe Kylie took these forward into her post graduate training and these are key within her business.

I had the pleasure of travelling to Zimbabwe in March 2016 to present at the Pan African Symposium. Organising these events can be particularly difficult and Kylie made a success of blending practical and theory to support the equestrian community to improve performance, health and welfare."

"Kylie came to gain some hands on experience with our Thoroughbred Stud during the breeding season in October 2014

Her experience with horses combined with her studies, allowed her to become part of our breeding team and we were very impressed with her abilities and enthusiasm to learn.

Kylie also returned for Premier sales week in January 2015, where she assisted us with the promotion, viewing and sales of our yearlings. Once again her natural ability with horses and ability to deal with clients and prospective buyers, was out of the top drawer.

We feel that Kylie will be a great benefit to anyone/ organisation she chooses to work with in the equine sports world"
